DCP Navnit Kanvat said that on January 22, 2024, the inauguration ceremony of Ram Mandir is happening, and it’s being celebrated across India. In Aurangabad, especially in the Kiradpura area around Ram Mandir and Hanuman Mandir, the celebrations will take place.
The police are requesting the people of Aurangabad to enjoy the celebrations peacefully. If anyone tries to create any trouble or communal tension during the celebration, they should immediately report it to the nearby police personnel or police station.
Due to recent issues in Kiradpura, the police are taking extra precautions and deploying more officers to ensure everyone’s safety during the Ram Mandir celebration. All police stations in Aurangabad have been briefed about the situation.
