Mumbai to Ayodhya Train Aastha Special -The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) plans to operate the first Aastha Special train from Mumbai to Ayodhya offering devotees the opportunity for Ram Lalla Darshan.
This special train will commence its journeys on Feb 11, after the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Devotees from over 200 locations across India will also have access to Aastha special trains bound for Ayodhya.
To book tickets for these special trains to Ayodhya, passengers can use the IRCTC portal, which will provide all necessary journey details. It’s important for devotees interested in Ram Lalla Darshan to book return tickets as well.
Train ticket price is yet not revealed but will be between 800 to 1500 for sleeper class.
Ticket will be available via IRCTC.
The 00144 departure from Mumbai is scheduled for 10:35 PM on Sunday, with an anticipated arrival in Ayodhya at 9:30 AM on Tuesday. Following this, the departure from Ayodhya is set for 4:40 PM on Wednesday, and the arrival in Mumbai is expected at 11:35 PM on Thursday.
The 00139 from Mumbai departs at 10:35 PM and arrives in Ayodhya at 9:30 AM. Conversely, the departure from Ayodhya is at 4:40 PM with an arrival in Mumbai at 12:40 AM.
The 00144 departure from Mumbai is scheduled for 10:35 PM on Sunday, with an anticipated arrival in Ayodhya at 9:30 AM on Tuesday. Following this, the departure from Ayodhya is set for 4:40 PM on Wednesday, and the arrival in Mumbai is expected at 11:35 PM on Thursday.

Train will leave from Mumbai CSMT and halt at below stations.
Dadar, Thane, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina JN, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Orai, Kanpur and will finally reach Ayodhya Dham.
Two trains are running- 00144 and 00139.
Distance between two cities is 1570 kilometers and total return distance is 3140 kms.
Initially, these trains will run for a period of some days, with the possibility of extension based on booking responses. The Indian Railways anticipates a consistent demand for bookings on the Aastha Special trains throughout the year.
