Additionally, shops selling nylon manja will be sealed to curb their availability.

The two-member bench of the High Court highlighted the importance of immediate action, urging the police authorities and local administration to conduct thorough operations. The court’s decision follows a suo motu Public Interest Litigation (PIL) initiated in response to reports by TOI in 2020.
