US IT Company in Aurangabad – Aldrich Capital Partners, a prominent US growth equity firm boasting a capital of $1.2 billion, is making significant strides in Marathwada by initiating the establishment of the region’s inaugural private IT park.

A US IT Company in Aurangabad, Aldrich Capital Partners, is bringing something special to Marathwada – the first-ever private IT park in the region. This major firm, with a whopping $1.2 billion in capital, wants to make a mark in India. They’ve asked for 13 acres of land in Aurangabad Industrial City (Auric), the first smart city in India, to set up two important things: an IT park and a super-speciality hospital.

The firm has formally submitted a 13-acre allocation request to Aurangabad Industrial City (Auric), India’s premier greenfield smart city. The proposed plan allocates 8 acres for the IT park and earmarks the remaining 5 acres for a state-of-the-art spine and neurosurgery hospital, mirroring top-notch facilities in the United States.

The IT park will cover 8 acres and will be a hub for 2,000 IT professionals. They will work on various things like software, healthcare, IT, and fintech. The company, Aldrich Capital, already has offices in Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai, and they’ve started working in Auric Hall, where around 200 local young people are already employed. More jobs are expected, maybe even crossing the 500 mark. To make sure they have enough people to work, the company is working with local engineering colleges, signing agreements for internships, including ones focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Mirza Baig, the boss at Aldrich, says their goal is to create jobs for over 2,000 people in the IT park. They are not only building an IT park but also a special hospital for spine and neurosurgery, just like the ones in the United States. Baig, who is from Aurangabad Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, wants to give back to his city. He believes these projects will create jobs, help IT and healthcare services, increase exports, and bring in tourists looking for medical treatments. Baig is confident about the potential of Marathwada.

Sean Ways, a leader in the company, says the IT park will focus on things like software development, programming, and artificial intelligence. He is sure that using AI will actually create more jobs in their company, contrary to what many people think. The CEO, Dan Torrence, is confident too. Even though they were unsure at the beginning, since they started working in July 2023, they’ve seen a lot of talented people in Marathwada. They want to give locals a chance to shine in the global IT field.

The company has asked for approval from local authorities and important figures to get the land they need. Ahmed Jaleel, a senior executive in Aldrich’s partner firms, says they are all set to start their big plan right after they get the approval from the state government, Auric, and other departments.
