Nitesh Rane Solapur speech about Jihadis and mosque demolition during the Solapur rally prompted legal action

Nitesh Rane Solapur speech -In Solapur, there was a big gathering where people demanded to cancel a certain law called the Waqf Board Act.

This group, called the ‘Hindu Jan Aakrosh Morcha,’ was led by two politicians: T Raja Singh from Telangana and Nitesh Rane from the Bharatiya Janata Party. They were joined by Vijay Kumar Deshmukh, who is a Senior BJP MP, and many other supporters.

The march started from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk and went through several places in the city. But during the march, some people started causing trouble. They threw stones at shops between Madhla Maruti and Kountam Chowk.

After the march finished, the police stepped in to calm things down. But even after that, there was tension in the area, and the police stayed there to make sure everything stayed peaceful.

Later on, the police took legal action. They filed a report against Nitesh Rane, T Raja Singh, and a few others. They said these politicians had given speeches that caused problems during the ‘Hindu Jan Aakrosh’ rally. This rally was held in Solapur between Rajendra Chowk and Kanna Chowk, and it involved leaders from the Sakal Hindu Samaj, a group of Hindu organizations.

The report mentioned that Rane talked about ‘jihadis’ and demolishing mosques, and Singh said things about ‘love jihad’ during this rally. The police used some parts of the law called the Indian Penal Code to file this report.

Rane had previously asked for a ban on something called ‘halal certification’ in Maharashtra. He said this because he believed that the money collected from this certification was being used for terrorism against Hindu people. He talked about this issue at a place called Vidhan Bhavan complex in Nagpur.

He plans to write to important people like the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra to stop this certification practice in the state because he thinks two companies in Maharashtra are involved in it.

All these events show a big argument happening about things related to religion, certifications, and speeches made by these politicians during the rally in Solapur.

In 2017, Rane made headlines when he was arrested for throwing fish at a government official, which was considered as an act of assault.

Two years later, in July 2019, he faced another arrest, this time for assaulting a government deputy engineer.

More recently, in December 2021, he stirred controversy by mocking Aditya Thackery with cat sounds during a protest outside the Legislative Assembly.
